Outstanding support from the team. Reachable and quick to respond, plus they have a reasonable refund policy. You sure can't say that about a lot of companies nowadays!

Honestly, working with Anmei and Shauna really brought back my hope in people!!!! I freaked out over a problem with my tickets for the lights at Beecraigs, and they fixed it way faster than I thought possible. As the day was winding down, they stuck around long after hours to make sure everything was completely resolved. Not only that, they kept me relaxed, handled the problem, and were a delight to interact with!!! We started off via email, and they even rang me up to confirm all was good. Truly a gem for the company, and I wish every place had service like this!!!!!
